The All Stars needed entry fees for the Tournament. Coach Al Feaster rallied by putting up the entry fees to support the team. Then we needed to rally a practice under lights which carries more fees. Coach Mark Hebert asked Ameriprise Financial to go ahead and sponsor the team's entry and light fees. So a thank you goes to the next generation of Financial Advisors, and congratulations goes to the All Stars who clearly outplayed all opponents but took the second place cup on tournament points. Thanks to Head Coach Al Feaster for putting it all together. |

It rained hard all the day before, then throughout the night. Thunder and lightening canceled many of the final Saturday games of the regular season. By the Sunday Tournament, Officials spread many bags of kitty litter to soak up some of the mud - some of it. Still, it was a mud bowl with water spraying in low midfield areas and around the goals. It was cold, windy and wet... A perfect day for the Glenview All Stars.
